Return & Exchange Policy

If, within 24 hours of delivery, you find that your SnugBed is not meeting your expectations, simply contact our customer care team. We'll arrange for a pickup and provide a full refund at the refund deduction of delivery pickup, no questions asked. Please note that the returned product should be in original condition with original packaging, and the original proof of purchase will be required. Item Must be kept in original packaging with no damage for us to accept the request.
